I rented a car from Mr. Ashaari for two days, and I was very impressed with his service. The booking process was smooth and fast, with friendly staff providing clear information and answering all my questions. The car was in excellent condition, clean, and ready to use, making my trip around Langkawi much more convenient.

The pick-up and drop-off were on time, and communication through WhatsApp was very helpful, giving me confidence throughout the rental period.

I highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, affordable, and friendly car rental service in Langkawi. ( Name card as attached )

Stay away from this company.
Please don't allow Nazmi, the salesperson, to betray your trust again!

Rented a car from this company upon arrival. Nazmi, the salesperson, up sell the car to Mazda 2 who he claimed was a new car. And I paid RM200 for a full day, parked overnight in my hotel, and returning the next day morning.

The car was rather in bad condition. Engine revs too loud. A sign of poor maintenance. Signs of car scratches every where. Car is rather unclean. Car remote does not work. All this Nazmi claims was just a year-old car. Apparently trying to upsell customers for more profit margin.

Nazmi also promised to drop us of off at Telaga Harbor to catch ferry to Koh Lipe after returning the car to his company in the airport.
Upon returning the car in the airport in the great morning, his crews does not acknowledge such arrangement. And pushed responsibility around and pushed me hard to return car key to his crew members. And ask me to get a taxi since they didn't have enough manpower to send me off. This is a betrayal of trust. Nazmi never picked up my phone in the morning after his team members informed him on their internal manpower problem.

This ended up a separately arrangement with his crew member's friend to send us off to the harbor. And we needed to pay for it. This could turn worst by missing our ferry, which apparently clock was ticking and I was only 10 mins earlier than the departure time when reaching the harbor.

Guys, if you read this. Stay away from it. It's not worthy to let this company and cheaters to ruin your holidays.

Из-за непредвиденных обстоятельств, решили уезжать с острова раньше, вернулись разницу неиспользованных дней и депозит за ключ. Говорят по английски.

I had a wonderful trip. Thanks to this car rental. The car condition is in good condition and easy to drive with. When picking a car, the staff had suggested this car instead myvi for better comfort and performance. Will trust again for next trip to langkawi. Thank you again for making the trip great

Rented a motorbike for 2 days about 2 weeks ago.

The renting process was very straightforward without a need to deposit passport.
And, importantly, the motorbike looked new and in a perfect condition.

It was nice experience renting from this agency.

DON'T EVER USE GEOPARK HOLIDAYS FOR SCOOTER RENTAL!

We rented 3 scooters on Langkawi Island in 4 days. The rent included a 150 RM key deposit which would be refunded as soon as the scooters would be returned. We had made an agreement with Nazmi for him to show up at the airport on the 28th of august at 7.30 am to receive our keys and give us back the key deposit of 150 RM. We called Nazmi at 7.30 since he hadn't showed up by then and he promised to be at the airport 10 minutes later. Unfortunately Nazmi never showed up and since we had a flight at 8.30 we never got the deposit back. We are really disappointed with Nazmi and Geopark Holidays for not showing up as promised. Furthermore the company is now claiming that we did receive the key deposit at the airport which we certainly DIDN'T!

I can't describe my disappointment with the company and especially Nazmi, who obviously is lying to me.
