Bad service. Booking pukul 9.30 pagi, tengahari baru buat. pukul 4.30 ptg baru siap service. Baik pergi yg satu lagi. Auto Mart. lagi bagus service.

Overall, my experienced with this company quite okay. Nothing bad happened to me ( based on others reviews ). It took 3 weeks to claim insurance & repair my car.

Definitely a BAD experience with this workshop. My car enter here on Oct 2022, call the management said next 2 weeks, then another's 2 weeks. Got the boss number, said they left for the management to manage. The manager Daniel not answering at end. Finally got the car on Oct 2023, but the car can drive for few KM then break down. Call the management said the engine didn't included in the insurance claim list. End up need to repair by my own.

What is the use of their 6 months warranty if the sloppy and careless repair works done by them endanger the life's of the vehicle owner and other road users? Car bumper drop on the same day car was taken out after repair. Just imagine what could happen if we were on highway when that happens running at 100miles per hour? The company doesn't care about the safety of the car owners and other road users..only their profit. Repair cars only to look good on the outside but places where one can't see is not repaired. When we complain, they push the blame on the car owners. And close the case.
Don't send your car to be repaired here as they only want profit and ready to sacrifice the lives of road users for the sake of profit.
To Sing Kwung Auto I hope you realize how important is your work to keep road users safe. When u do a sloppy and careless repair, u put people lives in danger. Hopefully one day u will be the workshop people like to go to and not the workshop people shudder and shook their head upon hearing your workshop's name.

Absolutely pain in the long run. 31 days to fix and settle claims for a bumper and left headlight change. Not a single day they have called for update nor pushing for our case. I had to call my insurance to check for update and to. Push for the adjuster to come soon. Manager is useless. And their "front liner" desk heroes can be given Oscar award for acting like working I blv as they provide you with the best "tak tau" as answers. Customer have to run for everything. Promised to do the claims but only paperwork. And when I asked for the damaged parts repair list.. He says no can't give. After telling him it's my rights to obtain and know what are the replacement parts and repairs done., to prevent insurance fraud then he calls the manager and asks. As if this is their 1st time doing the job. When returning the car the interior was not even clean and he claims already washed. Overall bad experience for such a big name player in Melaka. NEVER visit this place again.

I have to mention the guy Daniel Pang are the worst worker in their office! I heard that he is their boss relative so, he just keep his freaking bad service to serve customer! Doing skylift claim but never follow up with workshop, wireman are sub to other not from their company, drag long time and do nothing!
