I engaged Orange Media in early March to create new signage for my business. Unfortunately, my experience with them has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish.

After initial communication with one representative, my project was abruptly handed over to another colleague without any proper handover or notification. This new staff member conducted a site visit without scheduling an appointment or properly discussing the project requirements beforehand, which I found highly unprofessional.

Throughout the process, communication was consistently poor. It took several days just to receive a quotation, and after that, there were repeated long periods of silence, during which I had to chase them for updates. Even after receiving a design, there was no proactive follow-up. The lack of responsiveness, accountability, and basic respect for my time made it clear that they do not value their clients.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Orange Media. Professionalism, reliability, and clear communication are critical when working with any signage or media company — and sadly, these were severely lacking here.

They deserve 5 stars rating. Best Service, Best Price, Superb Quality. Their staffs are friendly, polite. Humble boss. Trust me, their price is cheapest among all, without losing quality. I’ve enquired few signboard companies, where by Orange Media offered exact same thing with much lower price. Had them to make my signboards for two times already, never disappoint me. And I hope they never will.

The overall experience has been great. There have been a few issues during installation but immediately solved on the spot. Very professional installation team and also a reliable owner! Highly recommend!

My company was fined 5k by SSM because the signboard designed by Orange Media S/B did not follow guidelines stipulated by SSM. This happened despite repeated reassurance by the salesperson that the signboard fulfilled all the guidelines by SSM and council. Instead of admitting their mistake and rectifying it free of charge as a gesture of goodwill, Orange Media (after 'counsulting the boss') wanted to extra us extra to solve the issue, saying they 'have no choice but to bill you again', a very unprofessional act.

(Update) Reply to Director of Orange Media: According to SSM enforcement officer, such directive has been around since Akta 1965, they didnt change the directive only after the signboard was made.

Every time we go to this company, sales man ask us to go to other company, say his company very busy, and need more than one month to design 😅, we have many restaurants many job but they don't want to handle, bad customer service, i think the boss don't know what happened and how his staff asking his customer to find other company.

Very very disappointed rushing to do business signboard was waiting 3weeks! 3weeks! 3 weeks! call never answer no inform just a message like that? Is that your orange media company service?

Paiseh my designer busy and not yet do the design... sorry as dragging for so long...and i think we cant make the signage for you guys...sorry for inconvenience caused
