Tak sama macam dalam gambar. Airbnb vibes. Not very convenient but affordable so okay je lah. Multilevel parking dekat belakang hotel, kawasan sempit. Sometimes ada staff guide, sometimes kena sendiri. Not fair ada yang park depan lobby walaupun kereta biasa sebab kereta besar tak boleh masuk multilevel parking.

Hotel ni baru lagi rasanya. Service very good, staff helpful. Bilik pun lawaa bersih siap ada mini pantry, tools yg lengkap untuk masak, microwave, peti pun ada. Water pressure laju & takde tersumbat2. Kolam tak besar sgt, ok2 jela. Breakfast just dpt pastry hm tp sedap je. Rasanya better amik bilik without breakfast pun xpe kot, makan kedai je. 1 je spoil, jenis parkingnya yg lift bertingkat tu. Disbbkan parking lot x banyak so kena parking dalam building, leceh juga kalau kita jenis banyak kali nk keluar pergi berjalan kan, nak simpan balik kete etc. Tu jela spoil yg lain semua nice!

Bilik kecik skit tapi okay la sebab hotel baru. Banyak kena improve dari segi service. Breakfast dapat roti dan kek, coffe satu. Okay la tak banyak pilihan sangat. Okay laa.

Bilik, location semua okkk.. Yang x ok saya order makanan dari grab minta hantar ke lobi, tapi security x bagi rider grab naik ke lobi hantar makanan.. Minta rider grab tinggal di GF tp x ada meja disediakan untuk letak makanan.. Saya terpaksa minta rider grab letak di tepi dinding yang ada kerusi luar hotel.. Minta kerjasama pihak hotel, kalau rider x boleh naik atas lobi tolong sediakan meja untuk letak makanan customer.. Boleh jee letak di bilik security ataupun di luar bilik security..

Citadines truly exemplified noble courtesy. From the moment I arrived, the staff provided excellent guidance on parking, making the check-in process seamless. The apartment-style accommodations were impressively spacious, featuring comfortable air conditioning that created a perfect retreat from the heat. ||||The linen covers were a thoughtful touch, effectively blocking out light for a restful sleep. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of cookware, which made it ideal for self-catering, even though we chose not to cook. ||||The location was another highlight, conveniently close to Strait Quay, allowing easy access to shopping and dining. ||||The only slight issue was our expectation of a decent breakfast; There is unfortunately no on-site restaurant for buffet option. The grab and go bakery was remarkable though, offering an array of delicious sandwiches and pastries that we thoroughly enjoyed.

This hotel truly exceeded our expectations. In our opinion, it offers excellent value for money. The hotel is new, and you can both see and even smell it — everything is modern and beautifully decorated. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and the best part is the staff. You can always go to them with any questions. The gym is amazing and brand new. The breakfast was also really good, every morning we could go downstairs to pick up the breakfast since it was on the go, really liked the concept.

My electric shaver was accidentally broken by one of the cleaners. Accidents happen, so I quickly forgot about it, but then I got a call and the staff came to me with a brand new shaver they had bought. That says everything about the level of service here. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would.

This was without a doubt our best stay in all of Malaysia. A big thanks to the amazing staff!

We stayed in a Two-Bedroom Premier Loft, which was exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated in a chic, modern style. The unit was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, including a washer-dryer combo, safe, hairdryer, and even thoughtful touches like dishwashing liquid, a sponge, and a tablecloth. Fresh towels were also provided.

The children especially enjoyed relaxing on the two beanbags in the loft area—a cozy and fun addition. It was clear that great care had been taken in the room’s design and layout. For example, both sides of the bed had bedside tables and lamps, which added to the overall comfort and functionality.

The bathroom was spacious, and the drainage was excellent—the floor dried quickly overnight, which we appreciated.

In addition to the well-appointed room, the service stood out. All staff members, from the security officers to the porter, were consistently courteous and greeted us warmly, making us feel truly welcome.

Location-wise, the property was also very convenient and easily accessible.

I had a truly wonderful experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the bell service was attentive in assisting with my luggage, and the check in process was smooth and efficient.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The swimming pool was stunning, offering a fascinating view that made it even more enjoyable.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant getaway. I truly appreciate the warm hospitality and will definitely be back again!
