I used to stay here at the unit four levels above the facility level n facing Precint 10. Good location with many eateries all around. But traffic is bad everywhere on weekdays n worse on weekends. Only 5mins drive to Gurney Plaza and Gurney Paragon if no jam.

From my experience, location of this unit in the building is not so good. Living room get the morning Sun, the bedrooms get the midday Sun, then the kitchen & dining area get the afternoon Sun till sunset. Basically the Sun is shining throughout the whole unit throughout the whole day making the inside of the unit hot and humid till night time. Need the ceiling fan n air cond on all the time to cool down. Might want to consider other units at other locations in the building if want to purchase or rent n not this unit at this location, irrespective of levels, not unless you hv to spend extra money to install good tinted paper on all the windows to keep the heat n sunlight away.

However the current management is efficient and quite helpful. Security is tight and helpful too. But the management at the Residence and the management at the Mall doesn't coordinate with each other. So if there's a renovation and drilling at the Mall, they have to commence work either early in the morning at 7am or after the Mall operation time. So that's the noise pollution one have to endure.

My landlord was good but she was not around so had to deal with her fierce relative who prefers your obedience and always miscommunicated. Not a good deal generally but also not a bad place to stay 👍🏼

Great Location and its walking distance to all yummy eateries. 5 minutes away is Gurney Drive and heritage zone is just 20 mins away. Uber and Grab are the best way to get around town.
