Right from the time we made our booking through to our departure the communication was always excellent.

Siang was really helpful during our stay for recommending places to eat. Getting about was really easy from the complex, either by bus (a short walk away) or by taxi from the nearby shopping complex. You do need to walk a little bit to go to the shops or to get some food.

The apartment was great, nice and clean, just what we needed for our family of 3, our little home away from home. Great to catch up on some washing after being in hotels.

The complex facilities were fantastic. The pool was amazing our 4 year old had a blast and we spent many hours lazing around.

If your looking for a quite place to stay then I would recommend this complex.

Siang was the perfect host - easy to deal with, thoughtful, considerate and very obliging. He organised transfers for us to and from the airport, offered to stock the refrigerator with essentials prior to our arrival and met us at the apartment to show us around.
The apartment itself will be our future base in Penang. It was wonderful - very spacious with high ceilings, huge rooms, and a verandah overlooking the Straights of Malacca. Everything was new and clean and all necessary equipment was in place. The apartment is very well located as it is right next door to a shopping complex and large supermarket, and an excellent grocery store that sells a range of hot foods and expresso coffee has just opened (the day we arrived) at Straits Quay, the next building. The on-site swimming pool is the most spectacular we have seen and is a great spot for relaxing.
The apartment is a short taxi ride from Georgetown central and is also served by a public bus, both to town and the airport.
We would highly recommend this apartment and Siang as a host. We cannot wait to return!

If you are looking for a great vacation accommodation while traveling, this is the spot! The view is so beautiful! Every morning you get to wake-up and see beautiful the marina view and the sea. Fantastic balcony to enjoy the sights which is accessible from both the bedroom and living-room. For the days you just feel like staying in, the tv has a Netflix’s account and a comfy couch! Bed is very comfortable with a euro top. Air con works very well for those warm evenings. Kitchen is geared for light cooking. It has some basics like coffee, tea, sugar, bread and butter. Washing machine and dryer is always a bonus when having an extend stay like myself. Straits Quay is a great location, as there is a grocery store right down stairs. If you don’t feel like cooking, there are lots of different restaurant options just on the ground floor. Amazing infinity pool on the roof top. It felt like a private pool. It was very quiet. If you like to explore, there are two other pools on the property. Siang is a fantastic host! He is very friendly and has lots of food recommendations! He even brought us around to show us some good foodie spots. He responds quite quickly if you need to reach him. If you are looking for a clean beautiful clean accommodation with a relaxing view, look no further!

My boyfriend and i got alot more than we bargained for here, Siang was a really nice friendly host to us and we would recommend staying here to everyone!
He was really quick to respond to my emails especially for our really late checkin. The first night we got there at 1am and he had arranged the security guard to give us access but when we had trouble explaining to the cab driver where to go we were able to call him and he explained where to go and he met us in the lobby to let us in.
The apartment was modern and exactly like the photos advertised, the gym and pools ( few of them!!!) we used nearly every day. The shower was fantastic, we also had a telly & movies on hard drive link to telly!
He gave us great tips on places to go while in Penang, such as beaches and a market for cheap and delicious Malaysian food.

We have some great memories from here and had a really relaxing time and can't wait to come back, we would definitely stay his place again.

The apartment was exactly as described and had everything we needed for a perfect holiday. Siang could not have been more helpful and was a perfect host. I would highly recommend him as a host as well as recommending Quayside as a great holiday location, especially with kids as the complex swimming pools and facilities are first rate.

I stayed for 2 weeks with my wife and our two boys, 8 and 10. The apartment was just so well maintained & we loved it! It had a big master bedroom and the kids slept in the living room on the sofabed which was surprisingly comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped with all neccesary things for cooking utensils, stove, microwave and even included a washing machine. It also comes with a gorgeous seaview from the balcony. Our host, Dennis, maintained this place very well & most importantly, clean! Conveniently, there was a Tesco just a few minutes walk from the condominium - which was good for us to grab whatever else we needed especially for a 2 week stay. The apartment is right above Straits Quay Marina & Shopping Mall, where we took relaxing, breezy strolls along the marina. There were many restaurants & cafes at this area so there was no worry about food. Our kids enjoyed the pool very much as it came with a slide while my wife and I just basked in the sun. And not too far away, was the Batu Ferringghi beach where we also enjoyed walking along to catch the sunset. This was almost a daily practice (other days, we watched the sunrise from our balcony)! The kids especially loved water parachuting (the sunset view from above is indescribable). Dennis was very friendly & an accomodating host. We knew we were in good hands!

Great time in Penang and luxury ocean apartment. Perfect for the kids and plenty of restaurants & shops nearby. We didn't feel the need to go anywhere else. Siang is a cool guy and was helpful when needed. Will definitely be back.
