My fav gym group classes in Penang. All the coaches I’ve met (Kenny, Garee, and CH) are great—they give clear instructions and make sure we’re doing it correctly and safely. We train full body muscles using gym equipment and weights. I love their strength training program—the coaches always try to push our limits while making sure we are doing the correct posture safely. The gym is very clean. A small community with many regulars. Highly recommend!

I loved it the moment I stepped into RAW. I did an assessment with Garee, a very friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable trainer. After that, I decided to train under coach Chee Ho who is very accommodating and also a highly knowledgeable certified trainer who consistently tailors the workouts to suit my lifestyle, body and injuries. His explanations during the training sessions are always clear thus delivering an extensive understanding of the mechanics of my own body. One thing I love about coach Chee Ho is his attention to detail. He notices the slightest mistakes and immediately jumps on the bandwagon to correct it.
As the saying goes, " Laughter is the best medicine." Well, this establishment consists of a team of friendly and humble trainers who are simply charged with happiness and optimistic vibes that makes you want to revisit despite sore achy muscles.

Real Athletics Workout is the place where Coach Garee takes your excuses, turns them into reps, and somehow makes you thank him for it. Training with him is like therapy — if your therapist made you squat deeper and stop whining. He reads your mood faster than your HR monitor and adjusts like a pro (or a psychic). I show up dramatic, lazy, or broken — he still shows up more prepared than I ever will. 11/10 would drag my sore self back again.

Amazing experience!!
The best place and the best coach to work with. I’ve been training with Garee for 3 months now and never felt better. I highly recommend REAL ATHLETICS WORKOUT if you’re ever thinking of working with a Personal Trainer!! ‪While Working out in the gym I am also learning what foods to cut out of my diet and how to properly exercise. Not only has he helped change my lifestyle to a healthier one, but he has become a mentor, a friend and helped me boost my self confidence. Lets Go RAW !!!
