No hidden charges too as they were super transparent with me and helped build my rep with various banks. Plus, they do all the paperwork for me so it's super easy to work with them. Last but not least, I only have to make my payment to them once the loan is disbursed, so I think this is fair as other agencies have asked for upfront payment even before the loan has been approved."
