Hey there! After a month, I'm sharing my thoughts on this company's service. The Elabram team, especially Miss Arfi, quickly sorted out a problem I had with one of their recruiters. I'm thankful for her help in finding another job option within the Elabram system. Even though I had a rough experience, it's important to acknowledge the overall good customer service and not let one bad incident spoil the reputation of the whole company.

Alongside this review, while I am content with the overall service in my current experience, I have chosen not to remove my previous review. Consider it a valuable lesson for future reference.

Hi, I see that you receive a lot of good reviews regarding Elabram but it is the opposite experience for me. I receive the worst customer service that you could ever give to your client or future talent. Your staff is unresponsive at all to any of my text message.

I am an ex-talent from your company and I'm currently seeking a job vacancy in which I encounter that you provide a service in hiring a talent for your client. Thus, I keep in touch with one of your staff after my previous job with Elabram as an outsource to help me find a suitable job to grow my career.

But, with a disappointment, your staff decided to ignore me after they already get a good use of my manpower. Such a bad work ethic, I won't recommend anyone to use your service anymore.
