We bought the package of Malaysia from shineworld and he further sub contracted it with this organization. Experience: It was a terrible experience considering following:

-They change the plan at any point of time as per their convenience. We argued with them however can't do anything as we had already paid 100% tour amount.
-They neither pick up the call nor replied to messages during the tour for any support.
-They apply the logic of 8 hours only when its in their favor. Like on day 1, place was such that tour time could exceed 8 hours so they apply that logic of total tour time 8 hours and charged additional amount for the additional time we spent to explore the place. At some places its not possible to complete everything in 8 hours time considering the weekend, there will be long ques in any activity but they don't understand any such matter.
- There were other 4-5 days of tour and most of days tour plan was just for 4 hours. So we asked why can't you take to other places considering total tour hours of 8 for those 4-5 days. They didn't even replied to this query because it was not in their favor.
-Tour was like once you made the payment, they will not listen to you.

Hey guys its honest feedback anyone interested travelling Malaysia then Reeya Signature (local Agent)is the best who knows the pulse of guests.

Best in town for guest services, Own cars, Drivers, Guides and personal touch with v good selection of restaurants for the taste of food lovers.

First I want to thank u for all your help with organizing this trip for us. We had a great vacation and I can not say thank you enough!! It was the Perfect resort for us. Everything was great, we got all rooms next to each other. Thanks for all your traveling tips and suggestions. We felt very safe and it was paradise. She is ‘Five Star’ in all respects.
