Sni tlis waktu operasi 9am-5pm
Sya call cuma nk tnya sdh bka ke blm ? Tpi blm sempat tnya dia sdh jwb pkul 10:30 nti bru dia bka kdai 😑 lepas dia jwb sdh letak call ... Itu pn pkai cara kasar mai jwb org ....kalau tk puas hati tk ikhlas layan cust...tk payah kerja !!! MEMANG TURUK LA !!!!! 👎🏻

Actually she doesn't even deserve a single star. Every experience I had with this place was a terrible one. The lady is very rude, nosy and disrespectful. Lady, you need to give respect to earn respect. She had the audacity to say we are slow in answering her questions when she herself works at the speed of a sloth. In truth, we did not understand your questions, and we answered you already, but you weren't paying attention. Her remarks were so rude! She also kept us waiting for a long time. She got in the office late in the morning and after lunch. She is very unprofessional. It's not like we get the service for free. I really would never go there if I have a choice.

PLEASE if u not willing to do anything just shut your so call firm and enjoy your retirement! Dont open ur firm to show ur worst attitude and ruined ppls day. Yes u were elder and knowlegable but your atts really not deserve any respect!
For others who wish to get firm service, theres still lots of choices nearby. My advise is save ur time and look for others.

Was just there and was in a rush to get the docs signed. Almost towards end she told me she will charge extra for using her lunch hours and charged me rm40 extra for Less than 3.mins job.
