I called this law firm a few days ago to make an inquiry. A girl Mandarin-speaking staff member answered, but her tone was noticeably rude and impatient. It was quite a disappointing experience from a simple phone call. The firm may wish to review how their customer service staff are trained and selected.

I read the previous review and they said they are profesional. But I have a bad experience with them today, most probably they have changed the receptionist. I was there for the notary public but the experience of talking to the receptionist was really horrible.
