BILA DAH PUKOL 5PM TERUS PADAH PENGHANTARAN GAGAL, LEPAS YA RETURN PERGI SELLER. KAU DAH PAHAL CALL PUN SIK ADA HON DEPAN RUMAH PUN SIK ADA. BUKAN SEKALI KU KENAK MACAM TOK. SEBELUM TOK BARANG HILANG DEKAT J&T KLANG, TOK DAH KU PAKAI COD SIK DI HANTAR. NO TELEPHONE CUSTOMER ADA APAHAL SIK CALL.

Bermasalah.

Kali pertama, disuruh pick up atas alasan barang berat. ( Kotak flyers). Tak besar mana pun. Sedangkan bayar kos pos almost 60 ringgit.
Ni kali kedua. Hari pertama keluar notification delivery, tapi sampai ke malam tak sampai. Hari kedua, katanya out for delivery tetapi whatsapp suruh pick up. Bila suruh hantar ke alamat, kata overload, next day baru keluar nak dihantar katanya. Masuk hari ketiga, sampai petang, barang tak sampai. Whatsapp bluetick.
