Convenient and Strategic Location!

Zenith Lifestyle Centre is a small yet convenient mall, perfect for those staying at Amari Hotel & Shama Suasana (in the same building) or nearby hotels like Fives Hotel (right next door) and Holiday Inn (right opposite). The location is excellent—just a short walk from Johor Bahru’s heritage streets.

While the mall mainly features F&B outlets, the selection is impressive. Some must-try restaurants include Haidilao, MacGregor’s, BanTianYao, Guoma, and Lesong. Whether you’re craving hotpot, Western food, or local delights, there’s something for everyone.

I also love that Zenith Lifestyle Centre frequently organizes giveaway events online, which adds to the engagement and excitement. Overall, a great spot for dining and convenience in JB!

Zenith Mall conveniently located at city centre next to shopping malls provides a mix of leisure activities, dining options, and entertainment, making it an ideal spot for families and friends to enjoy quality time together. Looking forward to more shops opening soon!

Mall didn’t look very exciting…mostly here for steamboat?!
Will visit again & perhaps try the one upstairs since HDL’s always the top favourite yah 😄

A tragic mall. I am tempted to call it ‘less’.
This place is alive because of Hai Di Lao.

When we visited, the dimly lit ‘mall’ is running without aircon. There was only one fan powering up the entire place.

The escalator is narrow with a pole in between. It a discrimination for big-sized people!

The retail mix is random.
The choice of F&B is limited - not all opened.

Perhaps lease out the full place to Hai Di Lao and make it a flagship - a first in the world.
