Omg...after reading some comments in review i truly agree with few reviewers. Jaya One office....WAS number 1 performing office in malaysia. It can afford to pay 21k monthly rental...however now it cant afford it. Sad story...!!!

Cheating company, delay my termination request which they charge extra month of premium which I doesn't agree. My termination request was done 5 days prior next billing but they just delay it till next billing cycle.

Disappointment @Jaya One office. Staff wasn't well trained. Defensive and lack of knowledge of own products. Handle issues unprofessionally. Unable to guide clientele with adequate information.

I feel cheated by AIG! Two years ago, before I reached 70 years old, I bought AIG's annual travel plan. I was told by the counter staff and understood from their phamlet that I could renew annually until 80 years old. I renewed it last year, but this year the counter staff told me that I could not renew it anymore and when I called to their HQ, the manager on duty told me the same thing because AIG has terrminated the product. But they have a new product with the same age conditions for joining, which I am not able to buy becsuse I am already 72 years old.
How can AIG change their policy just like that without considering the promise they gave to the existing customer?

Quite difficult to reach the correct person to solve a particular issue.

Finally after a long duration..your reply is laudable as you state you dont understand the problem and yet you choose to give a standard answer without knowing the problem...

No wonder an issue propagates to more issues
