My family had an outstanding experience with Fareez from AJ on 2 occasions. He was punctual, courteous, and highly professional throughout the entire journey. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, making the ride smooth and enjoyable.

What impressed me most was the driver’s safe driving skills and knowledge of the routes, which helped avoid traffic and get to the destination on time. He was also very polite and respectful, offering assistance e.g. moving the seats and ensuring my family members were comfortable at all times.

I’ve been using AJ for a couple of years now and it’s always been a great experience with excellent customer service. Today, my driver Fareez went above and beyond — truly one of the best drivers I’ve had. I contacted him at 2pm to see if he could manage an earlier pick-up, even though my original booking was at 6:30pm. Despite just arriving in JB and barely finishing his lunch, he immediately made his way to me and arrived by 3:15pm 😭😭 I really appreciate his dedication and willingness to accommodate my last-minute request.
