Made the appointment with them at 2pm. Came in early to be on time, no one showed up, we were just left sitting there in the lobby. Other staff told us they were later from their lunch break. 2:15pm the lady showed up. No greeting was made. Only one demanding word “passport”. Walked away with our passport with ZERO explanation on what is the newest status or the next step. Waited another 10 mins just sitting in the lobby. I had to ask for other staff to see what was going on. She came back with no explanation nor greetings AGAIN. “We told you to come in after 2pm”. We made the appointment for 2pm. Waited until 2:30pm. So it is our fault to be on time to ruin their late extended lunch break? We paid good service money to receive legal services yet can’t have anyone to show up at our appointment on time with a professional attitude or at least explain the services we paid for. Save your money, go somewhere else, don’t waste your money to pay for their extended lunch break and only get horrible services and bad attitudes.
