As they are not onsite at Langkawi Airport, their men on the ground will contact you beforehand to set up the meeting place and time. In my case a nice young chap (Ah Boy) was waiting outside the baggage claim area when I exited and took me to the car.

I booked a Toyota Innova and they gave me a free upgrade to a Maxus 10-seater, which was perfect for my 7-person group! Had a minor issue 2 days later, and their people came to fix it quite promptly.

Returning the car was similar to taking delivery of it: just need to call them to inform them when you will reach the airport, where their men will meet you.

Simplify and smooth booking process. Pay rental fee + RM200 deposits (cash)upon collect the car and get back the deposit instantly after returned the car. Initially booking Myvi upgraded to Vios!Staff was very helpful and friendly! Highly recommended!

The service provided by the Big Thump was great. They sent me whatsapp message the moment I completed my booking with clear instruction where they will meet me. At the airport, the representative arrived on time and the process for completing the rental was very smooth. The car was modern and very clean. Upon dropping off the car, they met us at the departure gate on time and paid back the deposit. We didn’t have time to top up the gas and it was one bar less than we took it, and they were very flexible and just took small amount. The team is friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend using their service.

Very awesome car renting service. Punctual as well. As long we get down from the flight then we were immediately contacted by them and the car was ready for us. The car feels like in new one and throughout my 4 days trip the car is even comfortable than the car I'm driving at KL.

Rented car with Big Thumb in early Jan 2019. Everything went smoothly, they got in touch a couple days ahead of pickup to let me know exactly what to do when we arrive. Staff meet us at the ferry terminal and soon we were on our way. Car was new and drove well, half a tank of gas provided. Drop-off was also straightforward and no other issues at all.
