Very suitable place for retirement, houses and land are big and generous, roads leading up to the area give you that country feeling having the G. Angsi range on the background, the walking/jogging track is long and quiet, away from the busy roads.
Although it's a little distance from town centre, but most of the daily essentials are easily available from the shops nearby.
No malls, offices, smi, industry or high-rise in this area, strictly residential mostly single or double storey bungalow units.
The night sky is clear and the morning birds chirping is very normal.
However, the security entrance post could be improve with better parking for visitors when registering, some land scaping and a proper roof to cover the entire area with a much bigger signage..
