Coway's meteoric rise as Malaysia's market leader in water filtering system has made them proud to the level of arrogance. They have since chosen to neglect on their after sales services.

My problem began in the middle of July 2021 when the hot water dispenser on my unit did not dispense hot water. I have since made multiple complains to the likes of the kind Ms. Lyna and also to their care-line, and so had the RUDE and SLOW technicians came multiple times with their weak product knowledge fiddling but to no avail.

The verdict held that they didn't get it fixed.

For almost two months the problem has persisted and I, left to my own we device have been paying all bills up-to-date pertaining to that unit with no complain whatsoever until now.

Now, I think it's only fair to demand that I shall hold you guys accountable to the inconveniences and distress you have caused. It pains to think such level of daftness exist among Coway's staffs in how they have portrayed themselves when it comes to services and all. Totally clueless, unfriendly and ill trained. Even some of the care-line staff which should be well verse in communicating fell short from mark.

I do not believe customer is always right but as a fellow servant in the service sector, the services they have shown has hit a new form of unacceptable.

Please get it fix ASAP.
