the best company in langkawi. Hassilana and uncle are very accommodating, super nice. Very good value for money, I highly recommend. we cruised around the island with a great scooter, a big thank to them. they also offer activities as well as excursions such as Koh lipe or koh lanta and more. reliable and very professional agency.. go with your eyes closed. NEAR DEATH EXPERIENCE. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE GUYS.

I had no idea these excursion companies are mostly unregulated, and the stats on parasailing being one of the most dangerous activities globally!

Went parasailing with this company and the BOAT ENGINE FAILED while I was high in the sky in the middle of the ocean!

I was on a fast decline and at first thought they were messing around, until I hit the water hard. I thought that was the moment I was going to die. Afraid of the parachute coming over my head and suffocating to death, I managed to stay calm and release the extremely heavy clasps. And free myself.

The guys on the boat knew I couldn't swim strong, and had no urgency to come to my rescue in the water by swimming to me!

My husband was on the boat at the time, and heard the engine go!

Once on the sand, they were extremely silent, and didn't say a word, and proceeded to take two more holiday makers ON THE EXACT SAME BOAT.

I WAS MORTIFIED! And traumatised from this excursion. I will never be so stupid again in my life. I could have literally died that day!

They gave a refund after some arguments! Honestly, I was shell shocked by the whole situation!

We booked a tour on 2 jet skis, and overall, it was a 5-star experience. The price was fair, and the jet ski guides were excellent. They even took amazing pics and videos of us riding. Thank you for all that.

However, I’m dropping one star due to a situation with the payment. We paid the full amount via QR code from the local HSBC bank (using the QR scanner in their app). We immediately provided confirmation of the payment and later sent the screenshot via WhatsApp. Despite this, there was a delay on the bank’s side, and the payment did not appear in their account right away. The lady kept bombarding us with messages that the payment hadn’t landed in their account. Even after we confirmed with the bank that the money had been released, they insisted we come to the stand and pay again in cash.

We have lived in Malaysia for 6 months and have never had a problem with anyone paying via the HSBC app. We understand there might be delays, but we expected the local staff to be aware of these issues.

This was an unpleasant experience for both parties.

I still recommend this company, but I suggest choosing to pay in cash, by card, or using TnG.
