Please beware of this scammer company

Gin told us that he could arrange jetski for us with the price 700 MYR for two hours when we rented a yacht from him. Which we booked without bargaining with the price.

However, later on we were told by the jet ski staff that we had up to anhour limitation. We explained that we could pay for more time yet the staff insisted on the time limitation, which we then confirmed and agreed to. We called Gin after our trip to update him about the schedule. Surprisingly Gin insisted that we at least had rented the jet ski for an hour and a half (which was never one of the options even though we did suggest it previouslyto the jet ski staff). Once we showed the photo evidence to Gin, we were then told that the timing starts as soon as we arrive and end until the staffs leave the beach. Gin also claimed that the staff who told us about the one hour limitation was quite new, hinting that he didn’t know what he was talking about. We ended up paying 500 MYR to Gin because we didn’t wantto ruin the rest of our evening planswith more arguments.

It was really upsetting for me and my family, as this is my first time coming back to Malaysia after threeyears of oversea working. We really don’t mind paying more if we could get to enjoy more during this trip. We felt so scammed and will definitely not recommend Gin nor Discover Langkawi (his travel company).
