The experience was wonderful and seamless.

Customer Service: They were fast and prompt to response to my queries in the process of renting the vehicle, collection and returning the vehicle. All queries were addressed and I was convinced before I decided to rent a car from Drivor.

Collection of vehicle
Smooth and easy process. The vehicle will be driven to you for collection at the designated collection point. Handing and taking over of the vehicle was accurately detailed. The vehicle is in tip top condition. My family like the fact that the car is clean and free from smell of cigarettes! The vehicle is new and well maintained!

Returning of vehicle
Same like collection, the process was easy and fast. Hassle free and the deposit was promptly returned. No complains or issue to rent from a trusted car rental company like Drivor.

Overall satisfaction
I will give it 5 stars! As a foreigner driving, I feel safe driving a well maintained vehicle. The process of renting and the price is unmatched. Definitely recommend renting from Drivor and I'll go back to rent from Drivor again when I visit JB!
