I had the opportunity to attend a training conducted by Envitech Engineering and it was an excellent experience. The session was very informative. The trainer was highly experienced and explained clearly. The training materials were well-prepared and practical. I truly appreciate the professionalism and support provided throughout the session. Highly recommended for those in the environmental field!

Gave one star as a thanks for all the laughs after reading some of the 5-star reviews. There are so much cringe as if they are written by primary school students. Feels like they are following an essay template. Are these reviewers really engineers? Fyi Aaron was infamous in public forums too.

in Envitech engineering you going to gain a lot of experience, actually Mr Aaron can handle all the job by himself through few minutes, but he give us the opportunity to work, we do the job from A to Z, so you have to do marketing to find new customer, then you to learn how to communicate with them, so in this case you need to improve your communication skills, after that you get some enquires from them so you are supposed to give them solutions of them problems, then you have to supply and collect the quotation after that do compare all the costing, then do costing, after that do some drawing to make it clear for a customer, supplier and contractor, after that following up the customer to get the purchase order, then when get the PO we have to do the job by ourselves, during you handle the job you are not allowed to runway at all, not allowed to give the customer any excuses your job find the solutions.
For Mr Aaron, he give us the idea how to deal with the job, then we have to start it without any excuses, he teach us how to use our skills, how to be in depending on ourselves. then you have to do the job with 100% reusability we do not allowed to runway from the responsibly. after we had done with the job he check around it then he give us advice how to make it better.
includes I had experience to successfully erect the chimney in Klang, testing and examination to dust collector and I had chance to take off the cover of pressure vessel which is my most major project. about the safety culture that we practice before go to the site . We have freedom to _**conduct our Salat (praying).**_

Safety first is the utmost factor especially when trainees are working on site. Trainees are given safety training by the trainer. Before any technical job, trainees must wear personal protective equipment(PPE) like safety helmet(work at height helmet if working at height), safety glasses, respirator, coverall suit, safety harness so on and so forth to prevent injuries. Besides, there are a lot of safe operating procedures(SOP) learnt here.
Sales and marketing is also part of the training. Trainees are honoured to explore the various industries as most of the factories need air pollution control facilities. It was a brilliant experience to have a real life insight to the various industries.
Project management is another great challenge of this engineering training. Trainee will have to understand the client's inquiries. Then, the trainee has to deal with contractors and suppliers, giving the required yet proper details like the specifications of the equipment, the site conditions, the dimensions needed so on and so forth. It was a training on communication skills, resourcefulness and determination. Miscommunication with contractors or suppliers will cause loss to the company and severe delay to the project.
Trainees are supposed to work on site every day, not even one day taking care of the printing machine in the office. Trainees are given opportunities to do the testing of the velocities and static pressure of the fume hoods, ductings and chimney using the company's anemometer with hot wire probe and static probe. Trainees are also given full responsibility for fixing the fault equipment on site like pumps and exhaust fans.
This training revealed the importance of AutoCad skills. Trainees are granted the permission to study the proper industrial drawing made by the trainer and are honoured to learn the style of drawing.

Here for the experience and not the allowance.
Free to plan our own schedule - Meet a lot of people (clients, DOE officer, contractors, etc.) - Everyday learn new things - Full PPE and equipment are provided - A lot of self-learning ( exposed to different kind of situation and problems) - Meet new people and have a purpose to enter various kind of factories to do sales- No problem to perform solat and eat.
