We, a group of 16 (friends and families with kids), hired services from EZ Ways Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd for a trip from Singapore to Cameron Highlands from 25th - 27th October. Since we had small kids traveling with us, we wanted them to help pick us up from our residences in Singapore and drop back as well. We were expecting normal service. However, the entire service was anything but normal - it was extraordinary. Right from the pick up in the morning - driver was half-hour earlier and waiting - to when we were dropped off back at our homes after the 2nights - 3 days hire period, everything was smoothly handled. Driver - Faizal - Was extremely patient. Danny - Guide was wonderful. Throughout the journey to Cameron and within Cameron - they anticipated various problems that may come up and guided us very well. Our kids were playing inside the bus, making a lot of noise, we all were enjoying, dancing and singing - both Danny and Faizal were fantastic. They helped us and were patient and gracious throughout the journey. Faizal ensured that we all get dropped off to our homes without any issues after long journey. We will certainly hire EZ Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd services next time we go on such a tour in Malaysia.
