The most wonderful adventure from this company, they arranged flawlessly for us Malaysian to Taiwan trips. Thanks to their incredible bus driver and the Taiwan local tour guide whose goes by PeiPei, guiding us and introducing us to their country treasure which including Amis and many more tribes. She making sure we really got the view of the Amazing Formosa, not only by sight but the feeling as well. Every market she brought us to is authentic, pearls, jade, lingZhi, and many more. We all cooperate well, and the tour guide is really clear by the elaborate for our journey in Taiwan. She even drew a map for me to specifically visited the infamous Hello Kitty theme 7E in Ximending. I am very grateful towards her and the other tour guide which is from Malaysia too. Her name is Suling, she is my roommate as well as my best friend. Being in the trips is like bonding an new family and friendship with them. I wish I could meet them all again someday, thank you Forever Travel for giving me such an mesmerising moment. This adventure will be forever have a special place in my heart🩷🩷

For me, NO MORE WITH FOREVER TRAVEL SERVICES !
I and my partner recently had bad and unpleasant experienced during 8 Days tour Zhengzhou and Xian, China. Our Tour Leader not professional and many inconveniences caused during the trip. After my Complaints, Forever Travel Team replied that they fulfilled all fundamental services to us during our trip. Also, Forever Travel Team had confirmed that our Tour Leader had tender resignation and was assigned leading our Travel holiday.
We had paid more than RM15k and disappointed with Forever Travel Services. No gesture of compensation or token of appreciation from my complaints and feedback. Assignee Tour Leader had gave us a bad and unpleasant experienced.

Below are my reply to Owner, Forever Travel Services.
Yes, we had numerous email exchanges and yet I still felt your company’s apologies was vague. Forever Travel Team explanation mostly was based on employee’s statement and also concluded explaining some cases with no evidence found. I don’t mind if you prefer me sharing my proof evidences of your employee’s negligence in here. Your employee shouldn’t have argued with us. After our argument and only much later managed fulfilling our request. As we continued our trip, I was informed by one of our group members that our Forever Travel Tour Leader actually had tender resignation and this trip was the last assignment leading us. From my complaints, Forever Travel Team took days of investigation before explaining the employee’s resignation. I do notice that many confidential or personal information from our Forever Travel Tour Leader was shared among some of our group members during the trip and after the trip too. This has caused much complication and misunderstanding towards us. I am very disappointed with Forever Travel Team.
