Circumcision can be intimidating, especially for adults. When I scheduled my appointment, Dr. Gan took the time to explain everything thoroughly. He presented me with options between Stapler and Laser circumcision techniques. He also provided detailed information about the cost, healing time, and what to expect during recovery. Before the procedure, Dr. Gan ensured that the local anesthesia worked effectively and engaged in a conversation with me to alleviate my fears.

The operation was smooth, and the recovery was equally pleasant. Dr. Gan offered me his contact information so that I could text him if I had any concerns or questions during the recovery period. He also provided a doctor’s letter that security officers could refer to if any metal stapler was detected during airport security checks.

One of the best aspects of He Medical is that there are no hidden costs. After the surgery, I had three follow-up appointments: three days after the procedure, for stitch removal, and another for stapler removal. All of these appointments included consultations, numbing cream, and no additional charges.

Most importantly on top of cost, the area is clean and hygienic.

Overall, I am very impressed with the results. I want to express my gratitude to Dr. Gan for making the entire journey as comfortable and stress-free as possible. I highly recommend He Medical to anyone seeking circumcision services.
