There are many student counsellors out there, but I chose JM Education. They regularly host education fairs, and I’ve been actively attending them since finishing high school. I’m truly grateful to have met Miss Wai Wai. She is incredibly helpful, patient, and always supportive.

When I just graduated high school and was actively searching for universities, JM was a lifesaver. I was confused and inexperienced so it was great to depend on their service since they’re more well versed in this field. So much research time was saved as they knew the answers to my uncertainties. Finally, I got to settle with an option that fit me the most (I thoroughly enjoyed my decision). They also provided a waiver in the registration fees so that was a good sum of money saved.

If you want a good recommendation I suggest Ms. Laura as she’s been consistently helpful and patient with me throughout all my times of need (it’s been 2 years now, and she’s more present for me than any therapist).

Now, I’m done with my second year and am applying for an exchange program abroad. I contacted Ms. Laura again and she guided me through the whole Visa process and even assisted in my hospital and biometric bookings. What seemed like an overwhelming process was made so simple because of her help. So, thank you JM group and especially you Ms. Laura for your assistance! My future seems brighter already. I am currently 1 month into my dream uni and I’m very happy with the service I have received from JM Penang & my consultant Hui-Tzie.

I have received great help each step from university application, visa application, to arranging of accommodation in Australia. Hui-Tzie made it sure that it was hassle free for me and my family.

My consultant always gave me the professional advice I need to make informed decisions every step I take. Not to mention the level of reassurance throughout the whole journey.
