I had a very bad experience and average service from Low and Partner Ipoh branch. If you had no choice and have to choose this branch . Please prepare a lot of time and patience to deal with it . And you have to deal with the unprofessional behaviour. And please check all the documents .

Document name and address spelling mistake , document name mistake didn’t check . Misinformation , government information not updated .

Not answering phone , delaying reply message , not follow up, at one point , we wasted few thousand for a flight ticket change just because of all the unprofessional and unnecessary human error of this branch . But we had no single apology , they will just denied any wrong and blame other for rushing them,not giving them sufficient time to check the documents , blame government changing the rules and regulations, by all means , that the legal service need to update from the relevant authorities for an update policy , not us , to find out and do all the phone call to relevant authorities to have an update information.

until I gave the KL low and partner head office a call , the phone call make things move a little bit but still , we had to deal with government ourselves and follow up everything and find out all the necessary document ourselves.

By all means, we paid a lot for a professional service and the full case settle , not half work done and that’s it. We didn’t ask for a single compensation, after so many weeks and months and all the money spent . We just wish to settle the case and move on. But it is very hard to deal with the person in charge . All the miscommunication, misinformation and unreply messages make things very very hard . When I call the head office ask about the rating of this branch , they said this branch has no bad complaints before .with the attitude I deal with , I seriously doubt that.
