如果可以给0🌟我一定给坐过最差的旅行社，sg回bp要换bus就算了问客服东西一边吃东西一边讲话我是不明白不可以吞了才讲话？然后司机开车在那边大小声又一直踩急刹车，买巴士的票叫我们坐van而且通知都没有？里面又热又窄又难坐 NO NEXT TIME

服务非常差，订的巴士临时更换Van,车子非常狭窄非常不舒服…..遇到过巴士坏在高速，公司方面完全没有回复任何讯息，乘客就在闷热的巴士上等待超过1小时，客服经常不回复信息….不推荐，素质非常差的巴士公司

I do not recommend this company. Our bus broke down on 20 Jul 2023 and passengers had to wait about 2 hours before a replacement bus came. Another driver told us that vehicle often breaks down. No apology or customer service recovery was made.

1）驾车慢 (按油散油)。叫司机驾快一点他就说，
你来驾或者你不想和家人回到家.
2）时常跟游客一起坐吃免费餐。必请自來。
3）带我们去塞车地方讓费很多时间。2晚在那边只
去茶园和夜市。什么地方都没有去到。
4）要赔偿。
5) 想要在我们的度假屋里休息。太过分。司机要
省酒店钱。
6) 司机态度不好。
7) 司机没有帮忙老人开车门，车们很重。
8）没有经过我的同意放我们的照片上FB网站.
9）后面车门坏了，里面人不能自己开是很危险。
