I’ve rented a car from u three times, and each time I had to follow up about de refund. Although ur policy states it will be processed within 3 days, mine have consistently taken more than a week. I hope this can be improved moving forward. Other than that, service is okay.

booking 2 kereta saga for 13-17Feb . so far survey , sini paling murah . everytime wassap , cepat sgt respond . dapat kereta dalam keadaan baik . masa sampai airport , runner diorg da sampai airport . sampai² boleh terus check kereta and gerak terus ke destinasi . return kereta pon punctual , very smooth .

duit booking pon dipulangkan pada waktu yg tepat .
