I’ve been to other places but never fits me and some of the therapist even act reassured infront of me but talk negatively about me with my parents behind my back. However this place really helps me a lot. I feel heard, safe, no judgement, trusted. Shoutout to Mr Chong, he even gave me extra 20 minutes for me just to help me. I am very recommend to this place. Mr Chong indeed an angel 😊😊

I was a little nervous at first, but Dr. Sharon made my first-ever consultation really comfortable. It felt like chatting with a good friend. She helped me understand some interesting facts about the human brain and mental health basics. I’m looking forward to the next session to dive deeper and better understand myself. Highly recommend!

My experience with MyPsychology, especially through the 'Psychology First Aid :CALM in CRISIS' training on the 16-17June 2025, has been incredibly enlightening. The way the team shared about Psychological First Aid, emotional regulation, and self-care truly spoke to my heart. I felt seen, heard, and guided with kindness. Even going through difficult topics.
