Thanks Dezen for great helping hand due to factory building valuation report need urgently and he had completed in less than 2 weeks time.

I been looking for a valuation report for taxation purposes. Got to know Asiacap from online searches. Sent them an email and got the responses next day from them. Worked with Liew along the way, his service and the timeline given was almost accurate. Professional in delivering their services and the cost incurred are reasonable as well, I will be a returning client and also definitely will refer them to any of my friends looking for valuation or property related services.

Engaged Asiacap to do a valuation for financing purposes. Dealt with Sr Au Yong Kin Kit and Sr Dezen Liew. Both are very professional and efficient in carrying out site inspection and producing quality valuation report. I needed a valuation done within a short timeline and they have definitely exceeded all my expectations. Quick and smooth process/communication throughout. Highly recommended.

if can 1 star I also don't want to give! Very bad management team, building issue all not settled, become MO more than 1 years I haven't see any improvement. Even maintenance fee collect from owner no record proper, official receipt also can't provide, and after few months ago, then said you have outstanding, and request owner provide again the slip. Never taken the initiative to check the building environment, all is owner to report, after report only replied noted, never take action, we every month paid maintenance fee and salary for you all, just like throw the money to sea, don't have any outcome! SPEECHLESS !!!

My apartment previously engaged this company by developer to manage the building. But the services provided totally useless and inefficient, no any maintenances services carried out periodically, MSB burst out because of rat, genset oil leaking no one notice until new MO came in, no certified engineer came for LV calibration, building power disruption twices and the responds team took 6 hours to arrive the site. After JMB appointed new management company, alot of outstanding issues to be resolved, so what they did during the past 1 year just sat in the office and issue receipt. And it is odd when this management side developer when we are the one that paid their salary. In short, the building looks abadoned when as we just got VP last year because of they dereliction of duty. Please be think triple before want to engage this company.
