First time coming to this place. As an outsider (not from papar) we did not know the actual schedule here for the opening and closing of counter. We came all the way from KK to do some business regarding our land in papar.

Bad first impression, we went into the counter but there was nobody. The staff at the room can actually see and hear us clearly calling for the staff. But they did not respond and keep on chit and chattering. (You may see from one of the picture i uploaded and the time on the clock is only 3pm)

After a few call, one young guy with spectacles came to assist us. The rest the female workers inside just continued chatting and laughing all over the place. Where is your professionalism At least come to us and tell us the counter is close. Unacceptable behaviour at all.

The place was disorganized, old furniture were kept under the stairs, place is reek with smell and was not cleaned. They only clean the place where public often goes.

Person in charge pleaseeee do take your action and manage your staff for better future!

Service ke laut, call tiada sambut pagi ke petang, document geran tanah untuk tukar nama 2 bulan belum kena sign2, melambatkan urusan dunia, zero effort.

mengapa lambat mau sign dokumen,? bos tiada dalam office ka? senangkan urusan orang, u pun senang , review pun bagus, sign jer pun.kalau ada lain tempat boleh sain. sya pun tidak mau kesana , sama itu front office arr, kalau dia rasa dia kurang sihat kasi cuti. kalau rasa penat try orang yg betulx2 mau berkhidmat.

Kita hantar document 1 Bulan lalu Masih belum kena sign. Alasan pegawai tiada Jalan umrah?hujung Bulan Baru ada..Jadi kerja kami tidak penting?makcik yang jaga kaunter tolongla pencen awal bg peluang org lain kerja. Bukan makcik Saja yg Ada emosi ya. Org lain pun pandai marah.
