No regrets with Precious Group. We have engaged with Charles and his team for my home renovation and he did a wonderful job. Charles was professional, responsive, and efficient. Communication is excellent and if you need clarification on any aspect of the process, Charles is readily available, approachable and patient in explaining. He guided us along the process each step of the way. He advised us on what material were best for our needs, what was worth investing and where we could save. He completed within the timeframe. Everyone who has seen the house has praised the workmanship. Overall we are really satisfied with Charles work. We had our shower area remodeled. New tub, tile, and fixtures. Great experience from start to finish! We really enjoyed the experience from the design, to picking out fixtures, to actual work on the bathroom.

We wouldn’t doubt to work with them again.
