Very lazy and irresponsible lawyer firm ever. I pass my case with all documents (which i use many time and effort to collect) until now already 6 months. Today I called them to ask for the status and the admin Cindy told me "Sorry we are too busy, no time to settle your case. Your doc is in our store room now but our store room are too mess and I cannot find back your doc. I give you another lawyer firm you call then to deal with your case".
This San & Associates waste 6 months time and do nothing, now still said those irresponsibility words to me.
By the way my case is to get strata title, maybe they feel RM2000 are too less for them. Look down poor people.

My case is reassignment or discharge from Bank, This kacang putih business for them is nothing, they only look at developer business!!!

Please tell me upfront if you (Kathy-admin clerk) unable to process my request.

Today I called them to ask for the status and the admin Kathy ask another lady, "you did not send ah the quote" and then told me "Sorry we are too busy, no time to settle your case. "

This San & Associates wasted 6 months time for my 1st enquiry and then wasted my another mth and do nothing for my 2nd enquiry, now what i got from them is "we are very busy, we dont have time".

I'm very naive still give them chance to do my second request.

Please do not use this law firm, they are very rude, irresponsible, no customer service.
