Highly recommend this place. There are many options for watersports in Penang and we’re glad we chose Sea Horse. The entire team of 4-5 men were very competent, sharp and worked hard together to give us a great experience (even with challenging waves!). We did the donut ride, jet skis and parasailing. The price was very reasonable for what we got. We had women and young children with us - they were very attentive making sure we were safe, and yet were quick, efficient and made it very memorable! 😁 THANK YOU!

My first parasailing experience & got ripped off. RM250 for 1km they said. Had to share a boat with 2 other customers. The boat drove from Shangri La Golden Sands all the way to Bayview Resort, but those 2 customers got to ride all the way to Bayview. When it was my turn, I only went up less than 5 minutes, I was literally still looking at Bayview and I was already otw down. Even the 2 other customers were shocked and asked me “why so short?”.

Told the guy I had to pay to (who wasn’t in the boat) that I only went up for a short amount of time and he responded “oh it’s not about how long you’re up there”. But he was the one who told me to take the 1km (RM250) as opposed to 200m (RM200) because the 200m nanti “kejap sangat”.
Also tried to make excuses saying it was because of the weather, when in reality those 2 other customers got what they paid for and I didn’t. Bunch of scammers. Thanks for the ruining my whole trip!

My wife and I used their services while on vacation in Penang while staying at the Shangri-La. The parasailing and jet ski ride was so much fun! The view is amazing. The whole experience was amazing and smooth. A special shout out to Harish for making the experience even more memorable and comfortable for us. We will definitely be back.
