I rented a Toyota Estima for me and my 5 friends 14 day road trip round the whole of Malaysia from Aug 1st to 15th. Bob, the owner gave us excellent service from the time of collection to time of return of the car. Eventhough it was a 2018 model the car was in excellent running condition and didn't give us any problems. Our security deposit which we paid was returned to us in full as per the 2 weeks agreed timing. I would highly recommend Southern Best Travel for your rental needs and wish Bob and his team the very best of success.🙏

We booked a Hyundai Starex for us to collect from Johor Bahru city square, however, after being delayed at Singapore airport this meant arrive a lot later than expected into Johor Bahru. They were in regular contact with us throughout and even delivered the rental car to our hotel, which was greatly appreciated. The car itself was excellent, very clean and perfect for our needs. Car = Excellent, Communication = Excellent, Service = Excellent, I would highly recommend their services

We have been renting from this company for jamboree and short trips in Malaysia. This time round, we planned to self drive from JB-KL-Kuantan. While the first leg was uneventful, our car broke down on the Karak Highway while on the way to Kuantan. Thumbs up for the service recovery done by Bob and Khairul. We were 'rescued' by a transporter and sent to our hotel in Kuantan. All that done in less than 2 hours. A replacement car was sent to us from JB all the way to our hotel in Kuantan on the same day. Although we were initially worried of being stranded on the highway with kids and bags, we were relieved because help came fast. Thank you very much Southern Best. Memang best!

Rented a Toyota Vellfire for our family road trip around Malaysia. Pickup and drop-off arrangement to and from Singapore was seemless and easy. Self-Drove a total of 1919km, visited and explored 4 States in Malaysia all within 12 days. Car is in a great condition, clean, smooth and comfortable for a family of 7 with luggages. The boss, Mr Bob of Southern Best Travel is very responsive and accommodating to all my queries and requests throughout our trip.
