We booked a unit that can accommodate 12 persons at reasonable price. Beautiful seaview. House is clean and spacious, beds and lodging facilities are sufficient. Strategic location and easy check-in.

Surprisingly utensils are much of a shortage and the only mirror found are in the bathrooms, while the decorative mirrors at the sitting room is non-functional. We tried to keep the kitchen as clean as possible but rags are not available/provided even upon request. Very minimum cooking facilities and no gas cooking allowed.

But we are happy with the water dispenser, rice-cooker, and microwave oven. WiFi is available though a little slow. Swimming pool is ok.

Overall, a comfortable stay. Thanks too for the parking space for 2 cars

We stayed at the Gurney Seaview Luxury Studio for 14 nights (first in A-28-3A and then in A-25-6) and overall had a solid experience for the price.

One big plus was that we were able to check in and overall had a solid experience for the price.

One big plus was that we were able to check in two hours earlier without any extra charges, which was great. Unfortunately, the first suite we were given had a very unpleasant moldy smell, especially from the sofa, which was unbearable. We immediately reported it and, to their credit, the staff were accommodating and offered to move us to a different suite. However, this only happened after we reminded them and not on the promised day, but luckily it worked out in the end.

The second suite had a strong smell too, but not like mold — we suspect it was from a mold spray they had offered to use earlier. The smell gave us slight headaches, and I even developed a facial rash, likely due to my sensitive skin reacting to the spray. We kept the windows and balcony door open constantly, and after about a week, the rash cleared up.

We also requested a second blanket during our stay, but after multiple reminders, we only received a thin throw, which was fine in the end and we appreciated it. The bed was comfortable, though the topper had strange yellow stains that became visible when the material underneath shifted.

The view from the top floors was fantastic, and the water pressure in the shower was great. The pool area was nice for a quick dip, although it could have been cleaner. The gym equipment was quite new and well-maintained, which we really enjoyed.

The air conditioning worked very well, although it did have a musty smell at first when turned on. The kitchen was equipped with a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and kettle, but the overall kitchenware was quite limited — no kitchen towel and not enough utensils like knives or peelers. Also, there was nowhere to place washed dishes to dry, so we just let them sit on the counter. The apartment kitchen area could have been brighter.

One downside of the second suite was an ant problem — we ended up having to throw away some food items, so be mindful of where you store your products.

The hotel security staff were always friendly, and the overall organization of check-in and check-out went smoothly. We never had long waits for the elevators either. A lot of restaurants are nearby.

All in all, it was a decent stay considering the price, but there’s definitely room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness and maintenance.

Very bad experience. Even the service is bad and rude. We ask to do a simple house keeping again since the floor was stick upon check in,they didn't bother to help. Didn't provide kettle ,proper towels, and the worst part is the table lamp all is just for decoration,x function since the plug points are very very less..the bathroom was dirty too

**Living in [Community Name]: A Year of Surprises (Mostly Pleasant Ones)**

Having called this neighbourhood home for over a year now, I feel qualified to declare it the **"Tardis of Communities"** – far more spacious and dynamic than one might expect from first impressions. While I haven’t stumbled upon any time-traveling phone boxes (yet), the real magic lies in how effortlessly it’s transformed daily errands into borderline leisure activities.

**The Convenience Chronicles**
Need milk at midnight? The 24-hour mart’s got your back (and your lactose cravings). Fancy a spontaneous commute? The bus stop’s become my personal red carpet – no paparazzi, but the efficiency almost makes me feel famous. The recent addition of **[insert specific new amenity if known, e.g., "the artisanal bakery that does croissants flaky enough to rival Paris"]** has elevated my weekends from "pyjama-clad" to "pretentiously holding a coffee cup while people-watching."

**A Neighbourhood That Grows With You**
Like a particularly ambitious sourdough starter, this community keeps rising to the occasion. New cycle paths have turned my "accidental fitness phase" into a legitimate hobby, while the pop-up markets ensure my reusable bags never feel neglected. The only downside? My wallet’s developed a concerning friendship with the local independent bookshop.

**Final Verdict**
While I’ve yet to achieve my dream of being recognised as "That Friendly Local Who Knows All the Gossip," the neighbourhood’s warmth and adaptability suggest it’s only a matter of time. To potential residents: bring comfortable shoes (for exploring), an umbrella (we’re still in [Malaysia/your region] after all), and an appetite for pleasant surprises.

We have booked through AGODA the serviced apartment and have been requested to pay 300MYR damage security deposit. After we checked-in, we found a dirty apartment, balcony door not lockable (a danger for little kids), run down furniture and dirty bedsheets. We have requested to change apartment and we have moved on 17th floor, unit 1. This unit was cleaner but also with shabby furniture. We have decided to stay in despite more dissatisfaction would come later… The security deposit should have been refunded max 2 days after check-out.|The refund has been done on the 3rd day after check-out and only after we have followed up. Surprisingly only 192MYR have been refunded. No official damage claims have been received and as such this is a breach of the agreement. During our stay we had almost no WiFi (was sharing with another unit, stingy solution and not matching the description), kitchen utensils were non existent, few dishes and cups, no sponges, bathroom shelf was removed and stoves away in a cabinet, door handles coming off, no bedsheets change and no towel change was provided despite we stayed for 14 days and there was no other service offered in this “serviced” apartment.|Check-out was at 12am, but we have been suggested to leave at 11am because the lifts would be congested. Never heard before of such “suggestion”…|If you want to book in The Landmark, avoid this operator, there are better apartments with all the amenities you need. We have tried different.|The little cabin is the worst and has run down apartments with no service at all.
