The Peak. Basically the first condominium to have the flat roof features where one can do bbq, and jog while having great view over gurney drive and beyond.

While resident here is ok, for visitor its altogether different story. It's quite troublesome to visit someone in the condo.

Accessibility is an issue since the Condo is located far away from major tourist spot of amenities

Great place but you need a car to get to geaorgetown city center and everywhere else.
There's hardy anything to do or see in the walking distance.

Personally, this is one of the best residences in Penang Island. Location-wise just perfect. Close to all conveniences, slightly out of town area which is not really packed and crowded, close to nature (greens and beaches). 5 stars security. The guards are all very reliable and friendly, always say hi at the gate and whenever they see you. I really enjoyed my 1-year stay at this building.

Worst management , for people who do business on The Peak , especially customer always park in yellow box also kena lock car , your yellow box parking is not for customer ? …how the shoplot do business ? … car park yellow box not for people park ? !!!
