DONT EVEN CONSIDER BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I bought a house plate at shopee and wanted to customize abit so I went through the shopee chat and asked to design the plate according to my requirements.

!!KEEP NOTE!! The description says it can be customized with "custom design" option. The customer service replied in unprofessional way and they really need to fix their english because who taught a customer service to work this way with a broken english? 😒

They said they can't help me customize the plate because it was too "COMPLICATED", now are you supposed to do your job or you're supposed to complain about customer's request when your company names "UMAKEDESIGN" with "CUSTOM" keywords in every descriptions. 🙄

Just ridiculous customer service and the product quality isn't even that good. Stainless steel was bent and also took 5 days to arrive when the cs said 3 working days latest. Crazy lies and laziness from cs again. 🤬👎🏻

Avoid this seller at all costs. They don’t even deserve a single star for what they did to my order.

I placed two separate Shopee orders for house plates—one meant for Batu Pahat and the other for Johor Bahru. The Batu Pahat order was delivered to the Collection Point, but when I picked it up, the package already looked suspicious. Upon opening it, I found nothing but an empty box—complete trash, completely unrelated to my order.

When I contacted the seller, their excuse? They claimed it was “protection” for the house plate. Seriously? I sent them a photo, and after "checking" with their production team, they suddenly decided that my house plate had been packed with the other order going to Johor Bahru.

How does that even make sense when these were two **separate** orders? A seller supposedly in business for **8 years** with a **4.9-star rating** should know better. If they had at least informed me upfront that they combined the orders, I might have let it slide. But no—they had the **audacity** to send me **garbage** instead.

To make matters worse, the seller didn’t even bother offering a refund proactively—I had to ask for it. That’s just **disrespectful, ignorant, and unprofessional**.

Now, because of their incompetence, I have to waste **two hours traveling to Johor Bahru** just to retrieve my house plate, then go back to Batu Pahat to get it fixed. And while they approved my full refund, it doesn’t even come close to making up for the inconvenience they caused.
