I just want to take a moment to sincerely thank Annie for all her help and support throughout my university application process. From the start, she was incredibly helpful and friendly—always making sure I understood each step and never hesitated to answer any of my questions, no matter how small they were.

What really stood out to me was how patient and dedicated she was.
